Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original box, secure it in a shipping mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
